Application form must be accompanied with the following:
Application form for admission into this institute is attached at the end of the prospectus. List of enclosures with application form:

• Four passport size photographs
• Attested copies of all necessary education qualification certificates
• Admission, registration and tuition fee of the necessary course.

• A minimum of 75% attendance is a must to appear for the final examination.
• The balance installments of the course fee should be paid before the due date every month.
• The candidate is advised to check his/her eligibility into a course as mentioned in the earlier pages of the prospectus before applying for the admission.
• The institute does not accept responsibility for the eligibility of a student for any exam without meeting the required attendance percentage
• His/Her acceptance as a student by any examining body due to non compliance of rules or non fulfillment of board & university regulations
• Non submission of required documents/certificates
• Non submission of exam fee or any other fee to be paid to Board/University.
• Fee once paid shall not be refunded nor adjusted to any other course, student or academic year under no circumstances.
• If the examining body discontinues the course offered or de recognizes the institute without prior notification or any other reason which is beyond the institutions control, the students admitted to those courses will be given the Hamstech certification.
