Hamstech has a dedicated team of analysts who have the expertise in gauging the strengths, interests, needs, motivations, dedication and capacities of the students. As part of their strategy, Hamstech also follows the effective continuous improvement model whereby students are often enrolled in seminars to acquire/improve the knowledge and skills they need in order to accomplish their professional goals.

These students, in turn, are sent to leading designers for (paid) internships for a minimum period of 6-9 months (that can turn into a full time position). Our placement resource team maintains a database of job opportunities in Fashion and Interior Design. Developing a creative resume, a well structured cover letter, an outstanding portfolio and an excellent presentation are crucial in securing the right job.

This is where the career services of HAMSTECH come into play. Successful students are categorized on the basis of their key areas of interests and aptitude. The team tracks the various industry segments for job openings and grooms potential students for these careers. Guidance over facing interviews, and Interior Design drafts, are also provided to them. HAMSTECH has placed successful students with leading Manufacturing Units and many Organizations.
