Fashion shows have usually had the recognition of hosting outstanding skills and surprising creativity of fashion designers. It’s an essential platform for a designer to exhibit their excellent works with pride.
These days there are many educational institutes that provide fashion designing as an academic choice, but very few give a practical learning experience to students through fashion shows. Hamstech Fashion Institute is one of those that contribute practical, theoretical and technical training to aspirants.
Every year, various fashion events in Hyderabad take place and the Hamstech Fashion Show is one of the most awaited among them. It’s a fashion event that honors the hard work, energy and zeal of every fashion enthusiast. Unlike every year, this year as well, the Hamstech Fashion Show began with intense energy – ‘Vogue Spectra’ which is fully about ‘explicit everyday fashion’.
Mark your calendars! The Hamstech Fashion Show is going to be held on ‘22nd January 2023’ at the ‘N Convention Center, Madhapur, Hyderabad’. The show is opened by Ms Ajita Reddy’s (Director of Hamstech College of Creative Education) welcome speech. Shudha Reddy is the Guest of Honor and Anushree, Vaishali, Varun Chakillam, Aparna Roddam, Deepika Reddy, Swapna and Divya Reddy are the judges for the event. These prominent personalities set the aura on high for the event. Also, the best part of this is, the chief mentor of the fashion design students of Hamstech, Ms Neeta Lulla (one of the top 10 fashion designers in India) is going to be part of it and has mentored the students throughout their journey in this fashion show.
The show begins at 11 am, showcasing a mix of Indian, ethnic and fusion wear and carries on increasing zeal and participation till 8 pm when it concludes. A total of 23 collections are going to be displayed by 200+ fashion design students of Hamstech. All these collections will be displayed in 3 sections, with lunch and snack breaks in between. And the exciting part is that after the fashion show, there will be an exhibition of all the fantastic collections.
As it is with every Hamstech fashion show, Hamstech’s fashion designing students had started prepping for the event 2 to 3 months earlier. The practices were closely monitored by an industry expert fashion designer (4-time National award-winning fashion designer in India) and Hamstech’s fashion design mentor, Ms Neeta Lulla. She has been very helpful in aiding the students in enacting their design ideas on garments. As a fashion stylist, in training the students, she has always given her 100% to achieve their well-justified success at the show.
The show was grand, featuring exquisite designer wear in lehengas, sarees, palazzos and dresses. The focus is on requisite everyday fashion with Indian embroidery on a variety of fabrics such as chanderi, cotton-silk, georgette, chiffon and more. Innovative cuts, prints and unique silhouettes are going to be beautifully exhibited by the models on the ramp.
The most pleasing thing about the show is that many of the Hamstech students will attend with their parents, relatives and friends. Indeed, it’s a proud moment for parents to see their ward’s creative fashion designs on the ramp.
The show ends on a high note with the students receiving awards in various categories such as ‘Most Glamorous collection’ and ‘Innovative collection’. An after-event party is also organized for Hamstech staff and students that foam out all their stress and anxiety.
With utmost zeal and energy, visit our Hamstech Fashion Show at N Convention, Madhapur, to witness the extremely creative collections of Hamstech fashion students and be a part of making it an enormous success.
