Interiyour 2019, an exhibition of innovative Interior Design products, displayed the concept of upcycling old, unused household materials and turning them into exceptional decor products. On May 25, 2019, the show & sale happened in the beautifully set venue at N Convention Hall, Madhapur.

The interior designing event started at 10 am. The venue was arranged with products designed by Hamstech’s talented students in 33 groups. The products were unique and the approach of the students immensely professional.

There were interior design products made by students of Diploma in Interior Designing under the valuable guidance of their celebrity mentor, Shabnam Gupta.

The event was inaugurated by lighting of the lamp. Mrs. Ajita Reddy, Director – Hamstech, then delivered the inaugural speech. She spoke of Hamstech’s development as one of the top interior design colleges in Hyderabad.

The show was organised into 3 slots. The products were presented through a ramp walk, followed by an on-stage question and answer. Each group interacted with the audience and the judges as they revealed their thought behind the collections they designed.

Groups Scrapteriour, Salvage League and Innovative Hands won the Best Collection awards in slots 1, 2 and 3 respectively. Metamorphs won the Best Concept award. Thrifty Treasure won the Best Innovation award. The jury awarded team Next Craft for showcasing upcycling at its best. Special Jury awards went to Avante Garde and Marca. Team Reclaimers won Shabnam Gupta’s Special Jury award.

Interiyour 2019 featured a lively presentation of rich decor ideas. The students made Hamstech proud by bringing their best Interior Design craft to fore.
