Now add in the eggs and baking powder to it and beat until a thick foam is formed. Gradually, add a spoonful of flour to the eggs, in order to avoid curdle formation. Give the cake mix a great whirl with coconut powder and milk. Now grease the cake pans and pour the batter into the pans and place them in the oven. Let the cake bake for about 30 minutes to give it a bouncy texture. After this, let it cool down in the tin itself, without disturbing them. Meanwhile in a mixing bowl beat coconut cream, double cream and sugar to bind them well. To sandwich the cake with frosting, slice the cake horizontally. Once the cake is cool, apply the frosting upon the cake. Make sure the cake is completely cool, otherwise the heat from the cake may melt the frosting. Line a plastic wrap in a cake muffin to give ice cream cake shape. Place the ice cream in the wrapped cake muffin evenly and close it with the other plastic wrap and freeze it. Now take a chocolate cake of your choice and apply the hot fudge upon the cake. This helps to bind the Oreo chips.
